The regulations and rules were created based on protecting the park’s life and that of the visitor. Article 11 of Law 10/99 establishes that in areas of total protection such as Zinave, the following activities are prohibited:
- Hunting;
- Forest exploration
- Agriculture
- Mining
- Livestock
